About me
Ayla Grace-Project Coordinator:Ayla Grace is the new projects coordinator at H2Ozarks. Prior to joining H2Ozarks, she split her career between water quality research and public education. With an early interest in water quality, she earned a Master of Science degree in Biology at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville, focusing her research on aquatic ecology. She then pursued her passion for teaching by earning her Master of Arts in Teaching and spent 8 years as a high school science teacher in Northwest Arkansas. Now with H2Ozarks, she coordinates the StreamSmart Citizen Science program and looks forward to utilizing her water science and educational backgrounds to help protect and improve water quality. In her free time, Ayla enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, coaching, and traveling to National Parks.
